Write & Submit
Once approved, write the full draft in Google Docs or plain HTML. Include images (minimum 1200px wide, rights-cleared), your author bio (60 words max) and up to 2 links. We handle formatting, maps and schema markup.
Publish & Promote
After a light edit for house style and fact-checking, we publish your piece, add it to our internal linking structure, share it in our newsletter and promote it on social. You get a permanent, indexed, do-follow page on a DA 42 travel site.

Do you offer do-follow links?
Yes. Guest posts include one do-follow link in the author bio. Sponsored content includes up to two in-body do-follow links plus the author bio link. All links are subject to editorial relevance review.
How long until my article is published?
Typically 5–10 business days after we receive a complete, approved draft. Sponsored content with custom visuals may take slightly longer. Rush publishing is available on request.
Can I update my article after publication?
Absolutely. Airport information changes constantly and we want our content to stay accurate. Email us with updates and we’ll apply them within 48 hours at no charge.
What if my pitch is rejected?
We’ll tell you why and, where possible, suggest an alternative angle that would work. Most rejections are about topic fit, not writing quality. We’re happy to work with you on a better pitch.
Do you accept AI-generated content?
We accept content that uses AI as a drafting tool, provided the final article is thoroughly edited, fact-checked and enhanced with genuine expertise or first-hand experience. Unedited AI output is rejected on sight.
What file format should I submit?

Can I include affiliate links?
